One of the first things I did, spraying the faded bumper(s), improves them no end!
Did you ever use my old valance?

So had a decent day today; got some new tyres courtest of miss_tap as a graduation gift!
ended up getting two new front tyres; mid range tyres, nothing too fancy, but are a hell of a lot nice to drive on than the old worn rubbers. Then set about changing the calipers, had a bit of a paint removing the hoses and bought new ones just in case, but with a little elbow grease from max we got them free so no need for new hoses. Running 266mm brakes on the front with new eicher vented discs and pads. Ofcourse, not a "straight forward swap" from the original brakes. Before and after shots. With a VERY tight fit behind the steelies; And then went down to vaughans to give it a quick wash ready for the weekend; lets hope it stays this clean. Unfortunately it didn't make any of the front rows, so be sure to rummage around if you want to have a look

ginge the only thing I would say for the sleeper look, is loose the bonnet pins.

When I hit the deer, it bent the bonnet in such a way it catches wind and doesn't/won't secure down; and flying up when driving

Brakes where a dream to fit apart from the lines.
Biggest fail of the day was definatly me taking Vaughn out to show him what my cars like- waiting in 3rd to go into the national speed limit, plant it and pop off goes the boost pipe! Dam! We still reckon it's quicker than a HDI after the pipe popped off haha NAD power is the new boost.

I'm pretty sure it's just the slam panel that's broken if I'm honest. Still cheaper to get pins

So where we at..
Replaced the injectors with some shiny ones Dave sent; had issues starting, will see if its helped in the morning. Got an elbow sorted for the new turbo; need to make a slight adapter for it as it fouls slightly. Got a new bonnet to help keep the TMIC cooled. Chavtastic is an understatement

as requested
Elbow on turbo And as you can see, the fouling on the turbo. Options are to either grind away part of the turbo, OR (a better idea) make a plate up to bring the elbow out by 25mm or so. With this plate, bore out the mounting points allowing some rotational movement on the elbow, bringing the compressor side in line to take standard IC piping. And finally, the new bonnet, not to everyones taste; but should do the job and a cheap price, i can't complain. just now to chop some holes for the bonnet pins
