My track toy
Screen would be around £250 self fitted. Have decided against it though and gone for a small kit car type heater instead for around £100

Well ditched the heated screen idea due to costs and a few bad reports of elements burning out do have gone for a little lightweight heater instead

Been a bit busy lately as decided to change the seats again due to them sitting to high for my liking and being a track car wanted some proper fixed buckets so ordered up some omp trs fixed seats and some weld in rails. Unfortunately the seats didn't to quite to plan as to get seat central It needs to be on the tunnel which was to high again so only option was to get chopping

See I dnt like the standard grill just think the badge less cleans it up a bit plus my fibreglass bonnet was badge less and was cheap so kinda went with it lol

The heater came from t7 design I googled kit car heaters and they came up as really popular good little unit really for £100 pretty powerful for its size

Bit more progress today don't like the way my old catches sat on the side of the boot lid so removed some of the boot skin, made up brackets on the car and fitted some aero catches to the boot

I haven't I'm afraid i basically I had to cut some of the skin away from inside the boot for the catches to fit then I made some metal bars which are bolted to the car for the pins to attach to as there's no where to mount them other wise but at least now my boot is properly locked again

It's double skinned I simply cut back to the skin that is there now the piece I removed was just hollow although didn't know that when I started cutting lol but definitely made it easier

If you can get away without doing it it'll save a lot of hassle as was a best part of a day all in with getting bars in the right place to gain around 1-2" but really needed the room as in standard location I only had around a inch tops between my helmet and the roof

New custom rad turned up today so set about fitting it. My old rad was on way out so decided to try and get it shorter as the bodies were half in front of the rad with the long manifold set up so wanted to get as clear path for airflow as possible. Looked into a 205 rad set up but in the end decided to go for a custom build rad.
