I'm glad you said that your not keen Padge as I nearly commented on your facebook pic and decided against it!
To me it looks like you have had a front end crash and broken the car............. It looks tragic, sort it out man

i dont know whatelse to do, i know darren had the same problem! i'm not chopping the bumper up though, i'd rather have heatsoak lol..

more airflow, as you said in my project thread, having more than half of it coverd up is worse, the best thing to do would be get a smaller cooler, but its cheaper no to.
24-01-2012, 09:01 AM
Hm, tbh its not going to be an issue with a T25 hugely....the heat being produced will be so little that something that size will cool it even if it has bugger all air flow, it will still be getting a bit of through flow behind the grill... but dont leave it with the grill missing, looks tragic imo cos you can see all the light mounts etc....

Bigger turbo may not increase the charge temps much if at all anyway though. What your looking at will be much more efficient than an old T25 and if your gonna run it at 30psi I expect it'd be fine as it is. Heres one idea from me though, bored with paint

padge Wrote:dan, that looks EPIC your such a dick.. well was that Idea not kinda the obvious answer to the problem?? Making it could be fun though...........will happily have a go if you send me a grill..........

Yaaa, gimme a minute. I reckon it'd look gashtastic with a badge there though, too busy.
24-01-2012, 09:47 AM
mark, how do you expect to do that when you cant match it upto the cooler lol

Yeah I see Darren, I think it works alot better with a phase 1 grill/front though.

Car looks sweet, take it the new wheels are vortexs if theyre wider? must be a bitch to get them balanced

Looks good with the badge still in place but looks better without the gap alltogether tbh... Your new turbos bot going to produce much heat, remeber your not running a charger...
24-01-2012, 01:11 PM
Also not running 60psi of boost......
