I would imagine that they've been machined by Bridgecraft Engineering - certainly looks very similar to the service they offer to modify standard hubs to give additional negative camber.

I didn't notice the first time I looked that the hubs had been altered, just assumed the bottom of the coilovers were thinner in order to fit the inserts. Interesting anyway, I've only seen camber altered by top mounts/longer wishbone/neg camber bolts before.
