what leakoff pipe did you use? I;ve found nearly everything in the aftermarket pretty crap as its all 3.2mm, you need 3mm.

Take the injector out, split it in half clean up the threads then torque it back together.
Doesnt even own a 306.

The injector looks very clean, has it been rebuilt recently? Sometimes they don't reseal properly between the top part and holder. I had one that was leaking after a rebuild, I just nipped the top part up a little more in the holder and it seems to have stopped, although I suspect that's not the recommended way of doing it.

Im looking at refurbing a set myself, its just nozzles are like 80quid for the set lol

You may need to lap the two halves together again, sounds like they're just not sealing together properly, had this issue myself but couldn't be arsed sorting it

Correct, the two mating faces should be lapped, although I didn't bother on mine (but then one did leak). This guide is pretty good:

I just cleaned the existing nozzles up and they turned out ok.
