I am in need of the above for a XUD9TE bosch pump
I have just called pug and its £26.34 for 3 hoses and the 4th injector blanking plug, any ideas where i can get some cheaper leak off hose?
What size bore is it and is there a pressure rating?

Just ask in your motor factors for a metre of diesel leak of pipe. Mine was 4quid for that meter. I got 3.2mm gates stuff, worked perfectly. And f*ck blanking plugs bit of leak off hose with a small bolt in it.
Doesnt even own a 306.

As my pm Peugeot sell it in a length that's more than enough to do a whole Car so you only need 1 bit not 3
Watch out for other stuff as if it has thicker walls it won't fit and you don't wanna jam it on and snap the nipple off

Like I said to you the guy searched and only came up with the 3pipe kit (apparently they don't do a reel) and then promptly said...that's expensive....NO SHIT SHERLOCK
Apparently the GSF hose is the right dimensions...so fingers crossed !

The pug blank was 1.99 inc VAT, not bad really so I'll get one when I get my injector copper washers and d-seal

I just paid £4.47 in Halfords with a trade card for leak offs...
Oh and good luck getting injector seals from Peugeot. Minimum orders on them are 50 and 40 IIRC. I know it's 50 for the copper ones. Remember that you need fire seals as well.

I used certificates to get mine, you need something to prove that you're in the trade. Or know someone that can get you one... It used to be easier but they changed the rules.
I got one set with a head gasket kit which I didn't realise would be included and some more from: http://www.peugeotparts.co.uk/

My dad has a C&G mechanic cert from 1978 and we got an account setup with me and him for trade card. So if your old mans got a C&G cert for anything they mostly give it

http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vie...0642161914
But obviously they are out of stock, as price isnt right. Worth emailin them.
They usually come with a headset, so maybe worth putting up a wanted on here

To get my trade card I turned up wearing a Honda logo'd body warmer with weld spatter holes, me dirty as hell, black hands, on a Thursday afternoon and just blagged it.
No credit account, just paying in cash / card when I go in.
It shows how much the punters are getting screwed. Set of wipers, down from £20 retail to £3 with the trade.
Service items are generally where the savings are to be had and they are big.

Yea doesn't take much to get a halfords trade card. I'm an aircraft engineer and he signed me up straight away, don't think I even filled out a form. Massive savings.

all the aftermarket stuff is too big, tends to be 1/8th of an inch, which is 3.2mm, you need 3mm.
That parts man really didn't know his parts system too well, he should have seen on the screen in front of him that 1573 63 has been superseded by 1564 94 which is a metre length so enough to do all of it, for £6.94.
