No windscreen air..
#1
No air blowing at the windscreen when directed to do so, so I can't de-mist at the moment. Both the directing flaps appear to be working and I can't think what else it could be :/

Air is blowing fine out if the in car vents yes. Like I said both the directing flaps appear to be working (the cables havnt come off and I can see the flap levers being moved)

Like I said the cables havnt come off. Yeah I think a blockage is the only thing I can think of, seems unlikely though as its a very wide vent!

Yeah I'd imagine it does. I'll have to get the dash out again soon and have a search.

Aha I was considering doing something similar if I can't fix it. I was thinking of getting a flexi pipe and putting small holes in it and running it along the bottom of the windscreen, fed from the passenger side vent.

one on the drivers vent

Really this is total win, no one wants to be taking a dash out in this weather, brrrrrrrr - just raided the recycling bin for cardboard and bits.

This is on the gf's car btw, think same issue as yours, flap looks operative but still no air to windscreen. Can tell the dash has been out before as someone made a mess of the heater controls and snapped some bits behind the dash that hold the cable in place :/

Waiting for a report back to see if its working!
