Cant find any information on the factory adjustable pulleys, has anyone fiddled around with them? Its quite a minor adjustment but is there any pros/cons to rotating the pulley either which ways?

There can be a torque benefit to advancing the timing on standard cams. You have to be very careful, especially if it's been skimmed.

it may look minor but theres about 4 degrees there at least, which is a big lump in terms of cam timing.
need a part number? http://public.servicebox.peugeot.com/ and http://service.citroen.com/ will sort you out.

From my experience, Only 1 Degree in Advance and retard the driver can be detect if they use their car everyday.
