A guide yes please  let me see lol it says danger high voltage on that just hope this doesn't end up with u having hair sticking up  :-) and sum one having to poke u off the Spott welder with a stick this should be fun :-) good luck I will be watching this one

Yes the project will be based around a microwave transformer so go look for a busted microwave and some 25-35MM cable Wink

This really sounds like a recipe for the fire brigade (and possibly anti terror police) turning up at your house. Microwave transformers and heavy duty cable coupled with the moody looking wiring in the first photo.
