The length of time they last is the majour factor. Theyre an arse to change so go bosch imo. Ive always found there good.
On a break from 306oc for personal reasons. If anyone needs or wants me most of you have my number and or facebook messenger

Its defo worth speeding the extra money on a decent set of glow plugs. I've taken some out in the pass without the ends on them anymore

cheap ones don't last as long - especially when running veg
used to run the cheapest, but soon got bored of changing them I'd go with Bosch Duraterm or BERU - but they aren't cheap
i had a set of halfords own brand ones fail on me very quickly in the winter.
I would buy branded ones, especially if you are planning to run veg oil. I had bosch ones that lasted two years, i sold the car to my brother he used it for two years with out any problems.

We use bosch, ngk and beru, always good quality

Stick to the named brands as mentioned.
I tend to see it as NGK will heat up quicker (potentially die quicker) but bosch takes a second or 2, more but seem to last. No comment on Beru, never had them |
