The dturbo hdi suspension is apparently the same, but I never felt it on my cars.

It will be the best stiffest standard setup your going to get really.

Do it!

You think how many times the suspension has been replaced at a motor factors, there will only be the arbs that are original.
I say get gti parts if the part numbers are different.

I always thought that as the '6 lump was heavier if you put '6 suspension on other models the front will be slightly raised, but I could be thinking about lowering springs....

I've got GTi shocks with 35mm eibach lowering springs on my HDi....its more uncomfortable than meridian shocks. Does handle a little better but I cant say whether thats the shocks or the springs making the difference.

Indeed but the OP didn't specify if it was a DTurbo or not and I can't see from his avatar. Confused

Good point mate but he does own a dturbo hdi so it would be pointless for him to change anything usless the parts were massivly lower mileage.
