I have a hubcentric spacer which is 73mm going to the hub wheel. But it needs a spigot at 76mm to fit properly to the wheel.
So how do I go about getting the right one 74mm spigot to fit on hubcentric 73mm then spigot to 76mm?

Spigot rings will do that, yes. I'm not sure where you've got the 74mm biy from, but from what I could understand of your post you need 73mm to 76mm spigot rings.

How many do you need I'll have a look in my shed as I've got 6 spacers with a 70 something millimetre centre bore I might have some that are 76mm
