I've got some the 307 hdi 17" alloys (challengers) on my estate with 10mm spacers on the rear so the wheels are only on with the extra long bolts and have been told I will need spigot rings as when hit 70mhp cruising along the motorway it vibrates , so does anyone know what size I need?

As Matt said, if there's no lip on the spacers then they're not hubcentric, in which case spigot rings won't help. If there is a lip, which is smaller than the wheel, then you would need them. But that would only be the case if the centre bore of the wheels was wrong, or they're adapters, not just spacers.
