My hdi normally does this worse from cold, I was thinking aux belt and tensioner replacement, its not normally as loud when its warmed up a bit. Its annoying though lol.
Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds about right, if that doesnt cure it, could be a pump issue

I also changed my pump but that was on a seperate occasion (can't remember if it was before or after!) but for the sake of 15/20 quid for one from the scrappy if change that when you change the belt Smile

Yeah mate its not dire at the minute so I'll look out for one , it will probably all get done when I fit a new clutch cos that's slipping now its remapped lol
