I have bought an 11mm bosch pump but it didn't come with the woodruff key. I have a couple of bosch pumps with them in but when I tried them the ones I have are slightly bigger. Is there a couple of sizes for bosch pumps or do i need to get one from a transit pump?

Have you a hybrid pump or a Transit pump?

Looks that way lol. I'm just a bit dubious about it though as it's timing lol

The adjustment on the slots is over 1.5 teeth onthe cambelt... Any adjustments you make on the woodruff key you'll easily be able to get out with the slots.

Ok then cheers guys. But I suppose along as i get the woodruff key filled down to sit in the slot nice and snug it should be in time and locked in place anyway?

The woodruff isn't for drive, its purely for timing purposes, once the pulley is on and done up, it'll stop it spinning at all.

The Lucas pump woodruff key/keyway is smaller.
Don't if it's the same as that but worth a try if you have one about.
