Just hooked the pressure bleeding kit up to the S16 again and yep the compensator is pouring it's heart out. Time to find a replacement! |

I took the thermostat out earlier fired the beast up and all seemed to be normal. Even crankcase pressure was normal.
Very strange as it is a new thermostat, I guess it is a bad one. |

Thanks for all your responses, I cleaned all breather pipes whilst the head was off and they were not really that gunked up to be honest.

I have just collected the cylinder head from the machine shop!!
The pressure test was good, they vacuum tested the valves as I freshly ground them back in to there seats and that was all fine.
