Carry on going to the gym for the 7th year in a row, unlike all these i see on fb n down gym i must train and they last a few weeks haha il get a thread up ion a month or so to see howmany of you lot keep it up haha hope you can!!

Get up to apporx 18stone and then rip up ready for BTCC bodybuilding competition in september in Leeds Smile

Stay single for a while and get my own place sorted this year

spend some time on this derv picking blaze engine up tomorrow as it only had done 2k since a full rebuild so may put in this and build a better one Smile

Oh on second day of not smoking managed 6 month til i had car accident then another 3 months for stoptober and smoked a few weeks - jus need the money really lol so keeping up the non-smoking Smile
