Rear Brake Compensators - why do GTI6 have it but not any other 306s?

As above, so why do GTI6's have a rear bias valve/compensator yet other 306s dont?

Anything with discs has it before EBD, not just GTi6s. All the ph3s should have the newer ABS with EBD so no need for manual compensator.

Some gti's do,some dont. As with the others. In fact...drum brake beams have them too iirc
