Phase 1 Kingfisher 306 xsS 64K what's it worth?
#1
Unfortunately my little xss has to go and I would love to see it remain within the club if poss so will be putting an as up on here for a week before I advertise it locally and on fleabay so as a rare model with less than 64K
what do you think it's worth?
Solid shell throughout, nsr inner arch is clean as is the whole floorpan and bulkhead, no rot on sills or boot floor inside or out.
Driver bolster has the standard 50p size hole,
Everything elec works, RCL, windows rear wash and window heater, heaters work xlnt!
Few asda dings on panels,
New Lucas headlights and indis, Gates powergrip timing belt and water pump kit here to go with car along with new drop link and p bush.

DturboS is well worthy and if I had a spare £800 I'd be tempted for def!

Yeah it would be epic with a gti6 in it but as it is it's very cheap to insure and not ball busting on fuel and in my eyes the 1.6 Tu does most of what I need as a daily runner and is a very reliable little engine with low miles!
I bought her 7 months ago and I've covered 6k without any issues since!

The 1.6 isn't bad better than the 1.4 anyway, I had one for my first 306, revved it plenty and it's light on front end, fun car Smile

It wouldn't be hard to make this a kingfisher 6 or a s16 or a 2.0 petrol turbo from a 406, possibly an ideal platform for a fast track car!

Sorry, thought this was a 1.9dt.

Nowt wrong with the 1.6 8v though, ive only ever had them in saxo/106s but they were lots of fun and very little hassle

TU5JP4 turbo?? Thatd be interesting

I know Glasgow is a bit far for most so i would POSSIBLY trek down 100-150 miles for a confirmed buyer with £40-£50 deposit paid for fuel cost and bus back! non refundable if buyer backs out for any reason!
By the time this thread reaches ad spec my little xss may have grown an 82k cabby rear disk beam big ears and a spare good v6 in the boot for the right buyer!
Roll cage, COILOVERS and job done! Almost lol
