So my brake pedal is solid and braking is very sketchy feels like I don't have any brake servo helping the braking. Anyone had a similar experience?

is there any vacuum ?
pipes split collapsed ant the bends or joints? yes i have had this it was a collapsed vac pipe between vac pump and bulkhead https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/ GTI6 Info Don’t drive faster than your guardian angel can fly.

Try taking the pipe off the vac pump and see if its got any suck there

Have you/anyone else been in the engine bay recently? Probably disturbed something if it's gone like that suddenly.

There's no vaccume between the pipe on the bulk head and the servo

the black n white plastic 3 way joint lost its rubber tit? or broken off

spay some wd40/plusgas in their the valve may be stuck if not the pump is fubared

You'll need to get used to man braking till you get it repaired but if it is just a lac of vac the system will be fine bar being very heavy.
