Juke nismo rs.. Drove one to work today.. Small interior, harsh as f*ck, but it goes well and just feels nice, especially the buckets

Went out in one of those last week funnily enough. Not a quick car by todays standards but i loved it. Was very fun!

Ford Focus...
Although admittedly I'd prefer an ST over a diesel.

Old Impreza's, my ultimate nemisis.
They're not exactly 'fast'
Classic UK models have a pretty shit spec
They rust like mad
Loads and loads and loads are totally f*cked
All the owners of Classics are complete wankers
I still really want one.

Most American cars from the 60's and 70's. Yes, I know they're pretty crap, don't handle, don't stop, don't go round corners, often don't come as a manual and 250bhp from a 440 block is terrible, but they look amazing, feel amazing and feel brilliant to drive.
Also, MX5s. Hairdressers cars and not even fast, but you can not drive one on a good road without a huge smile on your face.

Anything Rotary.
Sounds like a strimmer, the most unreliable engine money can buy nearly, but yet I still desperately want one.
An RX3 is basically my wet dream.

Not to mention the fuel and oil consumption and the fact that you have to thrash them constantly, but yeah, same here

No reason you shouldn't like those, they're awesome. When I had my Octavia VRS my mate had a 1.6 VTEC one and the Skoda couldn't even get near!

I agree, I'd love an old RX-2 but it'd be a total nightmare trying to keep it running.

I see the point of it - to stop people ruining the doors...but unfortunately they've pre-ruined the doors anyway.
Like people that awful seat covers on to stop their seats getting ruined...

The Mrs has one and I secretly love driving it
Really buzzy little 1l 3 cylinder and surprisingly nimble for a pov spec city car.
Praying they make a gti version

Keep at it. I'm enjoying reading about it and I'm a very reluctant reader of diesel threads!
This post is an artistic work of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would take anything posted above as fact.

As much as i don't want to i kind of agree here. They are a pretty funky car and i like them because they are different. Everything these days looks pretty similar. Always silver, black or white, sharp boring lines and LED lights everywhere but these really stand out. Wouldn't have one though.
