Allegedly the limit of them is 230bhp

They will happily cope with 160-170bhp for years.

It will most likely be fine, there are a lot of people on here running 150+ without issue, many for tens of thousands of miles. Have a look in the guide and project sections, there's a lot of relevant info in there.
