Hi all,

ive managed to find a good rear beam local to me on a car for breaking and have to remove it myself,

I know it bolts through the floor, does anyone know what tools ill need to make it easier/quicker for me?

socket set. (deep sockets) & extension bars

pair of grips. depending on how you plan to release you hand brake cable

brake pipe spanners

Jacks and axel stands

and at least 1 friend makes things much easier

It is just a case of releasing hand brake / disconecting brake lines. Then undoing the 6 beam bolts in the floor

Just a deep 16mm and something to cut pipes for a scrapper beam tbh! Beams are easy to remove and not all that heavy after you've done a few, just an awkward shape really.

You will need to drop the exhaust down too. Or remove the backbox.

Deep 13 for if you need to take exhaust off

Deep 16 for bolts in boot

Bolt crops for brake lines and cables 19mm for wheel bolts job done
