When it comes to things on the internet I need to research them as I hope awesome things like this are true but am very sceptical. So I did some digging and found this. http://mashable.com/2014/03/04/huvr-videos/

However why go to all this effort to make a video like this. It doesn't seem to be advertising any thing but the board. And the counter argument doesn't feel like they have enough evidence prove its false!

I saw a flying three headed monkey this morning.

The 'one wheel' is pretty cool as a concept, has a gyro to keep it level and you lean to steer and control speed. Not really a hover board, but about as close as I think we will get in our lifetimes!
