After keeping my eyes open for a diesel pug I came across this 1.8 petrol, its a w reg, 12 months mot, 34k on the clock, near immaculate paint and all less than a grand i couldnt say no..
Had it just over a week and so far,
fitted mist washer jets, de-wipered the rear, had cat back system fitted with the omp back box i had on the saxo, changed head unit, fitted bmc enclosed kit
To Do:
paint rocker cover/everything under engine bay (this had been painted previously with non heat resistant paint and started flaking off)
lower it, (springs ordered)
decat (tempted to get gti6 manifold too)
gti6 inlet (eventually)
refurb wheels
paint/wrap centre console
pics will follow, once ive given it a good clean

Space those wheels out too buddy, the 206 runs about 10mm smaller offset than a 306 so the wheels tend to get lost in the arches (at least that's how it looks from here)
Some 10-20mm spacers will look sweet on there.
If it is the 1.8 then I wouldn't go the decat route - makes a lot of noise but loses you noticeable torque, meaning you really have to wind the engine round to get anywhere. This means you get shite MPG because you're always thrashing it and you can't have a properly relaxing drive. It can also upset the Lambda sensor.
Disclaimer: The above is not to be taken to heart and is probably a joke, grow up you big girl.

I've got a pair of 20mm spacers left over from the saxo, waiting to get it lowered before playing with spacers though.
De cat would be nice but don't want to loose power. Only really want one for the noise but with the new middle pipe and back box it's nice and raspy and get the odd pop when its hot anyways.

So finally gave it a wash and got some pics,
am impressed how clean it comes up, when the weather gets better and ive got the time will go over it with clay and get it even smoother.
couldn't help my self with the stickers, spesh the tash :p
springs ordered for the front (60mm), probs go 60mm on the back too
looking at the pics i think the spacers will defo be getting put on the rear!

found some tinting film lying around in the shed...cracked out the other halfs hairdryer and put it on the fogs, unsure of it though. If i do keep it ill have to redo it, cheapo film from ebay after being in the shed for a year its gone a bit brittle, but itll do for now.

Wheels need a refurb but will have to wait a little while. New springs arrived and can not wait to fit them.
Plate will come off all together just don't want to get pulled for not having one. Might get a smaller one in the grill or a square one, I'm undecided yet.
Still don't know if I should keep the yellow fogs, one min I like them, next I don't.

The plate needs to go in the numberplate recess, anywhere else and it will just look like someone fitted it in the dark. Unless you go all-out and smooth off the recess then stick a self-adhesive late somewhere on the bumper it doesn't work!
I like the yellow fogs though, need to get around to doing mine.

was on the lookout for cleaning stuff and managed to get some meguiars for £20!
and after a couple of hours
plans:
getting lowered 60mm at the end of the month
replace all speakers and get a sub in it
refurb the wheels, white is tempting but still undecided

Eish.
Put the numberplate back where it's meant to be. Avoid death until such time you can avoid further Nankang purchasement. Stop sticking "LOOK AT ME!1!11!!" stickers all over the back which makes everyone, including fellow sticker users, think you're a twat. Enjoy low mileage, nice example vehicle. Job done.

Only took the plate off for the pic, it's usually in its proper place, the stickers have gone, all bar one anyways. Could complain the nankangs cost me less than 40 New
