Hi guys.
Another question for you. Can I straight swap my dials/cluster for another set?
I ask because the led displays are failing on my odometer, the rev counter doesn't work and I'd like to have a full set of working clocks.

Yeah, just plug and play, the milage is stored on the clocks though.

Wow...bet that set you back a few pence!

I'd say some tools, a drill, few bolts and plates to mount the FMIC and a big ass turbo to make it all worth while! lol

(Got a new inlet manifold gasket too?)
Wishes for more power...

You kind of need to try and fit it to work out what you are missing!

Tbh piggy no, not too bad.
Hmmm... try and fit. Lol.

Are there any salvageable parts on the car already?

you might get away with the silicone coming off the turbo Big Grin if you have a pipe to fit into it, otherwise..... no

What exactly you need depends on the route you take and how friendly you get with the grinder

Lol. I guess it's a case of getting it on a ramp and looking.

I would personally start fitting more than looking if you dont need the car for a few days, easier to get exactly the correct bits that way

Its a daily so thats out of tge question tbh.

Fitting the ic itself might not be a bad idea though.

Depends how long you have...I would get the cooler mounted first, then if you have time get the pipes up ready to join into the turbo/inlet.

Well I got as far as plumbing in a boost guage. Cars pushing a whopping 10psi. Im sure I read stock was 14 so im down on poke.
Baring in mind that I've only got a lucas atm I've read that 18 is safe, anything north of that is bosch territory.

Oh cba with mounring the ic, it got dark and cold and im a pussy. Lol.
