Correct tyre size?
#1
Im looking at a set of 17x7" wheels for my car. However I cant get my head round how to work out the best tyre size. What will be the best sized tyres for these?

All advice appreciated Smile

205-40-17s would be the best altough I used to run 215-40-17s for a little more sidewall and they were fine on an et18 wheel with a 40mm drop

You'll find 205/40s cheaper than 215/40

205/40 is the correct size, that's what I'm running with my 17s. Gives the same rolling radius
