Correct tyre size? - Moh - 09-02-2014 Im looking at a set of 17x7" wheels for my car. However I cant get my head round how to work out the best tyre size. What will be the best sized tyres for these? All advice appreciated RE: Correct tyre size? - WiNgNuTz - 09-02-2014 Moved to the correct section. RE: Correct tyre size? - gavxud - 10-02-2014 205-40-17s would be the best altough I used to run 215-40-17s for a little more sidewall and they were fine on an et18 wheel with a 40mm drop RE: Correct tyre size? - Connor - 10-02-2014 You'll find 205/40s cheaper than 215/40 Re: Correct tyre size? - kentiiboii - 10-02-2014 205/40 is the correct size, that's what I'm running with my 17s.
