HDi 110

The bosch 110 injectors are identical to the ones they put in the 90, only difference is solenoid controlled boost and the intercooler really.

So...ultimately you want a upgraded lift pump, r70 hp pump, 110hdi injectors??
Plus supporting mods

Surely something must be different other than boost controller and intercooler?!

Yes a different map, as jammapic showed above, but in terms of hardware that's all the serious differences i'm aware of. There's more emissions crap, air-dosers, etc, but nothing else that would affect power...

The HDi 110 is, as Poodle says, the same apart from the intercooler and the boost controller.

I don't really understand the original post anyway, we're saying that intercooled and remapped HDi's are capable of 150-160 bhp? Wow, that's big news. I'm amazed. No, really.

The general consensus was that the intercooler etc where at their limits by 145 bhp.

Don't believe everything you read on the internet lol. Besides, we don't how much power its making until its RR'd, not that i'm doubting jp's mapping.

He words his phrases wisely, by saying it has 160 bhp WORTH of fuel Wink whether your car makes use of that or not is another story lol!

Well anywhere that mapped them were simply mapping them to around 145, not saying myself that that was the limit but very little people would push them harder is all im saying.

I was more getting at the fact that with a hdi 110 you can just put some boost in, up the fuelling and see 160hp (waits to be proven wrong with a dyno) out of the box.

Are we 100% sure it's the same size turbo? You don't seem to suffer the same back pressure problems as with the little turbos on a 90.

I believe they have a ko3 out of the box, but haven't time to check atm. How do you know its not suffering from back pressure, does he have an emp gauge?

Back pressure will be high, that's a given - it's a small turbo. But it doesn't SEEM to be as high as on the 90's...

More R&D required to really hunt down the differences... as I'm sure there are more than we originally thought.

For what it's worth, Servicebox does list a different part number for the turbo on a 110 (DW10ATED) compared to a 90 (DW10TD) which suggests that there is some difference.

(taking a D9 generation 406 for example, it lists 0375G3 for a 110 and 0375C8 for a 90)

There are more manufacturers listed for the 90 compared to the 110 too, all sharing the same part number.
1990 Peugeot 205 GTi 1.9 // 1991 Peugeot 205 GTi 1.9 16v // 1992 Peugeot 205 GTi 1.9 // 1999 Peugeot 306 HDi Estate

I thought it was a GT17 variant on the 110's, a couple of late HDi 90's had them too.. there was someone selling a brand new one ages back on .net

think the 406 had the gt17 but not sure whether they came on the 307. I know my friends 307 110 has a K03 turbo on it, James also mapped it
