on my 205 dturbo my diesel gauge or temp gause isn't working, the hg was blown so I just thought that the temp senor was just pulled out to hide the boiling head, put its still connected
also the diesel gauge, doesn't work, ive replaced the gauge in the tank with a known working one and its still the same
any ideas on where to go from here

id check if its still getting power to it, as you may have an electrical fault, engine bay sensor, id replace with another one. as those can go a bit funny, my rover had this problem with the sensor that goes to the clocks, it was making the clocks read less than quarter,

there doesn't seem to be power at the fuel tank, i've connected the 3 pin connector with a wire to see if the gauge would move and nothing
