Estate Rear Wiper
#1
Ordered a rear wiper from ECP, Bosch item.
It turned up today and has a thicker body than what's on there now, meaning it doesn't really click into the plastic arm and looks like it'd quite happily fly off at any speed.
So took it off and have the old one on now.

Is it a direct from Peugeot thing? I didn't just want to bend out the tabs and slide the new blade in, but perhaps that's easier?

Yeah Peugeot seems the only place that does them!

Mine were plastic though, so I guess that Bosch wasn't the original either.

hmmm Strange one, unless ECP have just messed up thinking that all 11" wipers are made equal, and I've not been given the Peugeot specific item.

ECP don't do the specific one, nor do GSF or Halfords..... Or at least they didn't last year when I needed one!! Confused

I do a lot of miles currently, and need that rear wiper, rest of my car is so dirty at the moment!

Agree'd, you wouldn't de-wiper the front for aesthetics, the rear is no different! Especially on the 306 estate, seems to attract all the shit to the rear window due to the shape of the rear end I guess.

you have to get it from peugeot. non of the aftermarket ones fit properly. One of my aftermarket ones flew off the first time i used it. Probably hit the car behind too! When i went into the dealers to get one they said it wasnt a stockable item and they would have to order it in.

Dewiper ftw!

Halfords. Get about 2" shorter than the one listed otherwise it sweeps off the top the booted but fits fine. Used mine tho winter last year and it never fell of

I'd put a wiper on mine if I had the motor and that.

The previous owner de-wipered it and I have nothing!
