Here's a few pictures of her. Was once a diablo but had to do some major body work so atm it sits in white primer. I will be starting a project thread up, starting from when I first had her back in January

Welcome. Car looks good. What colour will it be painted eventually? You'll probably have to reprimer it as primer loves to absorb water!!

Hi, im going to be sticking with white. My budget doesn't stretch to metallic colours. Shame really as I do like the Miami and sigma colours on the ph1 Smile Yeah a few people have told me about the problem with primer. Maybe a sand down will sort that problem out? It was mainly put on to help bring out the white with the finishing coat!

I'd get it painted asap, before panels start to absorb water and rust!

Well when I had the car there was more dents then straight panels, only the passenger door on the hole car was straight. To top it off it was rear ended back in 2008 but not recorded. The damage soon become clear when I took the old bumper off Sad, but it had a strong engine and the running gear wasn't in bad order. MOst would of scrapped it but I was looking for a challenge Smile

Only thing I smoothed was the ph1 tail gate where the old plastic strip used to be, but the other day I went out and got ph3 so the old one will be scrapped.

Bodywork advice from the man who painted his car with a tin of Dulux and a paint roller? Really?

I'd ask a bodyshop about the primer, you may have to give it a good sand back and re do it.
Welding and fabrication projects undertaken, contact me for more information.
