Glad to see you found us though, get some pics of your ride up when you can. RE: BOO! - underground375 - 10-07-2013 Here's a few pictures of her. Was once a diablo but had to do some major body work so atm it sits in white primer. I will be starting a project thread up, starting from when I first had her back in January RE: BOO! - Matt - 10-07-2013 Welcome along RE: BOO! - Niall - 10-07-2013 Welcome. Car looks good. What colour will it be painted eventually? You'll probably have to reprimer it as primer loves to absorb water!! RE: BOO! - underground375 - 10-07-2013 Hi, im going to be sticking with white. My budget doesn't stretch to metallic colours. Shame really as I do like the Miami and sigma colours on the ph1 Yeah a few people have told me about the problem with primer. Maybe a sand down will sort that problem out? It was mainly put on to help bring out the white with the finishing coat! RE: BOO! - puglove - 10-07-2013 You dont scare me ! Lol welcome along RE: BOO! - Rich306 - 10-07-2013 Welcome RE: BOO! - Matt - 10-07-2013 I'd get it painted asap, before panels start to absorb water and rust! RE: BOO! - underground375 - 10-07-2013 Going to be sent in in august, tried to get it in this month but I still got abit more work to do on the rear end RE: BOO! - darrenjlobb - 10-07-2013 Welcome along! Just tidying up or smoothing stuff? RE: BOO! - underground375 - 10-07-2013 Well when I had the car there was more dents then straight panels, only the passenger door on the hole car was straight. To top it off it was rear ended back in 2008 but not recorded. The damage soon become clear when I took the old bumper off , but it had a strong engine and the running gear wasn't in bad order. MOst would of scrapped it but I was looking for a challenge Only thing I smoothed was the ph1 tail gate where the old plastic strip used to be, but the other day I went out and got ph3 so the old one will be scrapped. I'd ask a bodyshop about the primer, you may have to give it a good sand back and re do it. RE: BOO! - kingy - 10-07-2013 Welcome along mate.
