I've read that there is two ways of lowering the rear
1 the "proper way"
2 the "notch way"
I want to higher the rear of the 306 and am wondering if the car has been lowered a particular way then do I have to higher it using the same method?

Right thanks for the reply
Might tackle it in Saturday. Am I right in say to do it the "correct way" u'd need a sliding hammer?
Are they expensive to buy?

You don't need a slide hammer, but would help
If you read Darren's guide which he has linked too it gives you methods of doing it with or without a slide hammer.

As darren says it doesnt really matter what way you do it
and IMO you are better off pressing it out with a socket and high tensile bolt . Slide hammers are rubish in my experience
