Bought this as a little project to keep me occupied over the coming summer months.
Details
Owners: 3
MOT: March 2013
Mileage: 171k
Pump: Bosch
Turbo: T2
Spec: Volcane
Mods:
Aero wiper blade
Think I'll be keeping the 306 as my daily and putting my time and funds into this but I'm not 100% decided yet.
Comments welcome.

Looks good, been looking for a black one for ages!
Keep this as your main car, its lighter and handles better than a 306.
Most probably a T2

16" Nimrods would look good on that I think. Maybe.

Hmm 16's look too big, these really do not suit newer wheels.

Cheers for comments guys. Not too sure what wheels I want yet.
Think 205 speed lines and 406 nimrods will be a bit heavy though. Would be interesting to see what these "standard" wheels weigh.

nice, challenge accepted on the black 3 door zx
mine had a k14 on it
and do people seriously reckon the standard wheels fetch that much over in NI? I have a pile of them :o
How come its got the silver stripping? mines a later one and still has the early style red volcane strips going on.
zx ftw!

The strip is all faded/worn out, there are hints of red here and there.
Think I'm going to mask off the lot and spray the silver strips black.
Atm silver flaking paint just looks tacky!
Also have a wanted thread up as I'm looking for a flywheel / rev counter sensor. Cheers!

Yeah, I think some of the C5 alloy/steelies would be ideal, it's just finding some "cheap".

That's a feature i really don't understand, oooo if i want to i can have an extra 2 inches of boot space, woop woop! :| Certainly don't get it on the 5 doors, the 306 flip up jobbies are so much better in so many ways.
Looking tidy though fella, those fabrics look like they've come up nicely.

So good!
You can pull 'em forward, flick them down and lie with your feet dangling out the boot. Chilled. :obscene-smokingjoint:
