What levels of tune is there for the xud block
09-05-2012, 08:03 PM
What you mean? You can get to 180 ish with stock rods... 200 ish on hdi rods and no one knows on forged
And before anyone says jamma is a lucky one lol
09-05-2012, 08:07 PM
At a rough guess its about 110 bhp I would like more out of it
09-05-2012, 08:15 PM
A good stage 1 tune should see 120-130
Fmic and more fuel on the bigger of standard turbos should see 150 Larger turbo ie td04 could see 180

Is that on a Lucas pump or modded Bosch as I'm running 17 psi on a turned up Lucas
09-05-2012, 10:17 PM
You would need a bosch to get the most out of it.
09-05-2012, 10:26 PM
I'm looking for about 140 160 bhp ish I've looked on you tube n seen they are capable of it I think the turbo I've got is a t2
09-05-2012, 10:34 PM
140 is do-able on a T2, 150 at a push.

At least the scoop is in the right place, unlike most cars
Needs a bit of a tidy up but not bad! Welcome

i really like the scoop...where did you find it?
Quote:(15:06:27) Toms306: Wd40d it and had a good tug, came straight off

Not a fan of the scoop TBH sorry, each to their own and all though!
FMIC isn't totally necessary IMO, I'm on a top mount at the moment and it seems fine, Without changing the turbo you will get around 140 if your lucky Ben Jay Wrote:i really like the scoop...where did you find it? If you did get one you would be getting someone else to fit it for you yeah?.......

The scoop is of a isuzu trooper had to modify it to make it fit . Does the job better than just the liner alone .
