I used nitromers to remove most of the paint on mine but im not sure will it remove the chrome? But start off with around 240 grit sandpaper or lighter and slowly make your way up through the grades making sure you have taken off the marks from the last grade.. You will end up with 2500 grade wet and dry then buy some autosol and use with a buffer.. It will take a long time to do though and alot of patience!

Well when it all goes back together, itll have a full smoothed front end and as for the engine, not really given it much thought yet, but will be going for atleast 200bhp

You should get the tyre pushed off the rim or ideally get it taken off and take out the valve to make it easier on yourself

errmmmm this project... yeh.... not to my taste but respect for the time and effort pal..
constructively, the entire car could look decent if you just bring that back end up my 50-60mm, keep it even height all round..

The car has been raised at the back its in there somewhere and the front is being lowered so its sitting 5 mm lower at the front..
