Been a while since I installed this stuff!
What should I be using? Tried malwarebytes but it seems to want me to pay and upgrade! What free stuff should I be using?

They all want you to upgrade and pay. I still use the free ones Malwarebytes and don't upgrade to paid.

malwarebytes was the standard a few years ago. Not had to use that for a long time!

windows defender is ok..
malware bytes is ok..
Given the choice between Niall and the sheep. I would choose the sheep!
