Problem turbo pressure gt2056s

Hi everybody


I have an impossible problem to adjust the pressure to 1.1 bar with my gt2056s.


I regulate the wastegate at minimum and the pressure rises to 1.7 bar and more I can not regulate less.


To be accurate 2 ime 1.4 bar 3 and 4 ime 1.7 bar and 5 th 1.8 bar.


I disassembled the turbo and I adjusted the westegate to 1.2 bar but the same in the acceleration its regulates to 1.7 bar.


Has anyone had this kind of problem?


The gt2056s is brand new out of factory.

Is the waste gate connected directly to the turbo, or does it go through a manual boost controller?

Either the wastegate is not opening enough for exhaust flow of engine - doubtful

Or control via wastegate is not working properly.

Either actuator is not moving enough (at 1.1 bar) to open wastegate enough to drop boost to target.

or manual boost controller not working correctly.

I think that was the exhaust plate that is not suitable.

Me the platen I have at this moment is flat it is 1 centimeter thick everywhere and I think the gas flow is too braked.

I took this turntable from a td04 I think s was a mistake.

je pense que s'est la plaque d échappement qui n est pas adapté .

moi la platine que j ai en ce moment est plate elle fait 1 centimètre  d épaisseur partout et je pense que le flux des gaz est trop freiné .

j ai pris cette platine d un td04 je pense que s était une erreur.

Yes. Mine did the same but ran 2 bar. I'd bought a cheap manual boost controller with no instructions and aftrr swapping it to a Dawes type controller and piping it up correctly all is under control. It went like a Lambo on 2 bar though, and then shat its turbo.

I removed the turbo and tested the westegate alone it is ok

I think I have a problem with the turbo bridle I think there is no place to get the exhaust out

Relief valve does not open sufficiently because of the exhaust flange.

This weekend surely I will have the new bridle I will make a picture of the 2 brides.

I 'm me who is not thoughtful and made a mistake in this place I think

ce week end surement que j aurai la nouvelle bride je vous ferez une photo des 2 brides .

Hi everybody

I received a week ago the turbo bridle and the breakdown is the same trubo

Spool at 1.4 bar at 2800 rpm and at 3500 rpm the pressure rises to 1.8 bar.

I will buy a turbo faucet to lower the turbo pressure.

If its not walking with a turbo faucet I really see no or is the breakdown.

Can be the valve that is too small on this model of turbo ...
