The Music Thread

I'm on a binge of music at the moment, I'm at home in Cornwall on my own, so have the opportunity to blast some music with the volume knob turned to 11.

Thought it might be an idea to get your Albums of the moment that you're listening to up whether it be new or old - always good to talk about music with people, rather than YouTube/Spotify/whoever else has a vested interest in what they think you should listen to.

So my current Albums being played:

Fleetwood Mac - Rumours
Florence and the Machine - How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful
Radiohead - Kid A + Hail To the Thief.
Dan Croll - Sweet Disarray

Any suggestions for other stonking albums to listen to would be great!

Also, one of my most favourite of all time...

I have runs of youtube 2 or 3 times a week, from 70s right up to todays chart stuff lol! Just keep clicking through the 'recommended' list and it's surprising what comes up! Seem to be starting with a lot of RHCP lately though, it's like I'm back at high school again! lol

The 2 albums in the Focus atm are Ed Sheeran - X and Years and Years - Communion. But tbh I listen to the radio most of the time, especially 11-12 Kisstory! Big Grin

Have a 6 cd changer in the back of the bmw so I've always got a few in there. I listen to a huuuuuuuuge amount of music.

At the moment there's Ibiza Euphoria Blue, Prince greatest hits Madonna hard candy, a cd I made of the "donk" genre of dance (2000's throwback lol) and Le Zeppelin Mothership so I can blast the immigrant song and stairway to heaven.

Limp Bizkit ftw !! Have all of their albums. Chocolate starfish & the hotdog flavoured water is a good one on long trips, or in traffic... Rofl

Rhythm and Stealth was a move away from Leftism. Went a bit darker and heavier with it. Still a good album but suspect a case of the difficult second album. Having said that, trying to follow up Leftism is one hell of a feat.....the thid album, Alternative Light Source is (the one remaining half of) Left field back to their best.
