I broken the bones in my hand once, was meant to be off work, and it made me unable to fix the Rallye.

I cut the cast off a day after getting it on and carried on.

I now have a weird lump on my hand Rofl

I had the exact same injury playing rugby, sprinting into the corner with a defender running across to meet me, tried to step inside his run and the ligament separated the joint as I stepped off my right foot. On crutches for 9 weeks, then another 2-3 months of building back up and physio before I could play again.

My advice would be do your physio religiously and don't try to do too much too soon. Good luck man!

I have some amazing friends...not really sure what I have done to deserve them to be honest.

Basically a bunch of them coming over a week monday to blitz all me jobs here! And a.couple of them, I assume, dropped some cash through me door.

Really quite taken aback.

You get the friends you deserve I reckon, and I'm sure they think nothing of helping you out in a time of need. Hope it takes the weight off your shoulders (foot) a bit

Yeah it does. Essentially means I get to keep the 306 for a bit longer too.
I MAY get some financial aid come through...which if I do it will be portioned out to my friends locally who will blitz mu jobs here.
I do always put myself out for them... But never expected this tbh

It depends how you heal mate, when I did my ligaments the worst I didn't get given a boot and couldn't walk on the crutches. I think I was crawling/hopping for 2 weeks before I could put enough weight on it to hobble. Think it was about a week before I could even put my foot flat on the floor to stand. I was off work for 6 weeks then another 2 months before I was back on full duties and that was only cos I was so bored I blagged the fitness test.

Physio is really important, do the exercises religiously or you'll end up with restricted movement and longer healing time.

Went to see specialist again...
The two main fractures have healed...the chip hasnt.

Need to try and manage it basically. He essentially wants me to rest. But 6wks of no work and so much backed up...thats not guna happen

If you'd rested more in the first place, surely it'd be better now.

I'm impatient and know the boredom of doing nothing but if you keep pushing it, it'll never get better. Confused
