Ok as described my hdi is burning abit of oil. Managed to measure it and appears to be half the dipstick (300/500ml) every month.
Is this a call for concern?
Cars stage 2 on its 2nd turbo. While running theres no smoke. Let it sit on idle for a while to give it a boot it smokes white a wee bit.
Inside the cooler pipes theres a light black film of oil

A little oil in the inlet is normal, the white smoke and losing oil would indicate it's leaking on the exhaust side.

Got a couple of leaks to tend to aswell, a rocker and possibly sump gasket. If the sump is leaking its a minor weep but could be the oil from the rocker

Make sure you're running the right grade of oil too. My Passat drank oil when using 10w40 but on 5w30 it doesn't seem to touch it... Just a thought.
