I thought going to a car show was to chat about the car and meeting other people? Not trifling with other peoples cars!
Who ever it was who loosed the wheel, needs their heads kicked in! as that could have ended up been well ugly!
also why the hell would you go so low in spoiling someone pride in joy for the sake of dust caps? you can pick dust caps from ebay for the same of a few quid!
spoils it for everyone when people start doing tricks like that!

I have heard years ago, I think it might have been on the .net that a Scooby was stripped at a show once. The owner left it, and went for some bate or something, and came back to see his pride and joy had been practically stripped!

Was that your tent? Awfully sorry about that mate! One cider too many.

I did say when we set camp up that the strings supporting the tents would be a nightmare when you're pissed and its dark!

It's a shame a small contingent spoils the fun, but until James raises enough money to get that pole surgically removed i think we should all be more understanding of his situation. Wink

Bit crazy that people have resorted to sabotage to get one up, i reckon certain rock star holds the key to appropriate retaliation though. lol

It was discussed after FCS and made very clear how I and mrs piggy felt.

If no one can respect that, then they should go back to school.

You don't think I am what?...... I have no idea what was said at FCS, only thing I can imagine is that you and your missus are very Homophobic, seems a little off in this day and age tbqh, as said i really don't understand, if it's a religious objection then we're all God's children, or do you not like stickers of any kind? Why don't you clarify it now, because I for one have no idea why you hate gay car stickers so much? I'm not being funny I honestly don't know and all I hear is people saying the same to me also Smile

Er. There was nothing Gay about the sticker I was putting on your car piggy.. It was a nice colourful sticker, that's it. Your prejudice and twisted beliefs about what is homosexual mean you feel it is gay and that is quite frankly not something that should be accepted in this day and ages society or today's world.

What was it the bible says? Love thy neighbour. Not love thy neighbour unless he is gay in which case it's ok to be a lady garden towards him

Your insinuation that it was gay is extremely offensive, homophobic, and quite frankly small minded and bigoted.. Now f*cking do one.

Right, lets all play nice here first of all.

I'm not sure why you take offense so easily James, but people really are just trying to get you in on the banter. Its only a sticker and its only a car, and its only people trying to have fun with you, it isn't malicious. You've probably noticed I don't talk to you much at shows and I'll tell you the truth, its because I offend people very easily and you seem very easily offended.

Just relax man. Hell, I'm Catholic and I make jokes about arse raping Grant at shows, its only a sin if I actually arse ra*e him.*

This all sounds a bit feisty, from nicked dustcaps to homophobic abuse in the time I was collecting the 306 trailer conversion from AlexScarborough.

Is gay going to be a theme, or more specifically anti gay? To be fair this sort of thing is what puts me off coming to meets and things, even tho you would never guess, I just CBA with the explaining and the use of 'other half' for my partner to avoid a confrontation. I love cars and I love men, the problem is that the 2 don't seem to go together as I should be driving a fiat 500 and working in a flower shop according to 'butch' domains like car forums

This is the best quote ever lol

Someone stole my camping chair. was not amused but it was a tenner. if someone had asked me nicely i would of given them the damn chair lol

I made a point not to f*ck with anyones car at this show. Seriously cannot believe someone loosened matts wheel bolts :/ thats just outrageous. And some childish lady garden pissing on ruans door handles is just vile.

Piggy i think half the reason people wind you up is because they know you bite. I hope you find out who nicked your valve caps but i really really doubt it was anyone from OC.

There is nothing anti gay about the club or it's members, it just seems that man hugs, stealth bumming and Gay pride club stickers aren't for everyone, we all pride ourselves in getting along with each other, whatever our background, only one way to prove that though, come along to a meat sorry meet and you'll be made welcome Smile

That makes for bad reading but is a horrible reality which should in no way be how it is.

The OC are a great bunch and love banter, ultimately if you can't take banter then the club probably isn't for you.

I certainly wouldn't want you to attend a meet and feel conscious of how you live your life. Why worry? I've got people close to me that aren't heterosexual and it means absolutely nothing to me. Personally I've always respected any sexuality and will continue to do so.

I also respect that people have certain beliefs/follow religion and have no issue with that. Taking something as trivial as a sticker as disrespect or abuse to me is more shocking to me.

I think I can speak for 99% of this club by saying that no-one would care what sexuality you are, and it shouldn't even come into the conversation - as long as you like shit French cars and banter, you're more than welcome.

If members can't take a joke, especially a sticker as banter with no malice intent, they ought to rethink if they should be attending meets, and just stick to hiding behind a keyboard.

Dude 306OC does NOT discriminate! We are the most laid back and accepting bunch you will ever meet Smile hence why 99.9% of us would not have an issue with finding a small and discreet 'I love gay porn' comedy sticker on the back window of our car.

No one should be put off coming to our meets by judging the forum, everyones bark is alot worse than their bite on here Big Grin
