This looked brilliant on track yesterday, nice work so far
Iended up removing the heat wrap from my magnex as I found it kept melting through exhaust hangars as the heat wasn't dispersed :/ Haven't noticed a difference without it tbh

After 2 weeks of ringing every tyre person on the planet & being let down by every online shop .....I have been so lucky to get a call yesterday from John @ JD Motorsport Tyres on 07968020546 & a great Welsh Lad so helpful .... says he's tracked down 6 & do I want 4 ....how amazing !!!!
They are for Pugfest only & 205/40/17 Kumo K11 Supersofts I'll post Pics if they turn up tomorrow Well they are Supersofts & not much Tread ....have to wait for Pugfest to give them a bash
Got the Tyres fitted to the Wheels !
Don't like the blue anodised hub caps ? The Tyre fitter remarked they were more of a pain to fit than the DZO3Gs

He said he could of fitted a dozen tyres in the time it took him to do my 4 & take them somewhere else next time with a really straight face ! Ooh well ... Maybe .....The sidewall being crazy stiff & only 40 profile ...doesn't help ?....sod him !
Just took the car out for a 3miles fast lane drive & Tyres gripped instantly....set them all at 30psi & stopped to check them after 3 miles 32-33psi & they have picked up all the lane Debris sadly !
I recon I'm going to need to put a pair of my old wheels back on the fronts to get to Pugfest next week or the tyres will be bold by the time I do 38miles

I love those wheels! always wanted a set for my cars!

Wick nr Toghill I loved them when they were White but just to high Maintenance with DS1.11 brake dust ....the greys much more subtle for my age & they look clean 80% of the time now .... Not so flash !!! They look much better in the flesh than in the picture !!! Not sure about the blue centre caps may put silver ones back on ....not buying chrome / Plastic ones !!!!
Silver Centre caps look better I think ?
I'm going to get them polished & Lacquered tomorrow

Well I work up by cribs causeway, so if you're stuck for someone to fit them give me a shout. Silver looks much better, blue looked out of place

I just remember you saying "yeah, like to keep the interior in, this is about as far as I want it to go..."
.... ...
Yes I know Ruan
Well I've even stripped 50% of the wiring also ...have manual Windows now & all the wiring not needed is gone . The Front suspension is Black Art Design which was made for Castle Combes bumpy track & the 4.75 Crown wheel & pinion should see me max out with the close ratio 6 box in 6th at 128 ? Miles totally refurbed my spare box bearings bushes etc it was off a phase 3 with 60k . It's a bugger to get in now

Limiter in 6th at 128???
Surely you'll hit that at combe easily? Wishes for more power...
