Hello!
#1
Hi all, newbie here!

Bumped into several of you at the FCS last week, where myself and my mate were getting terribly excited over various XUD lumps. Thought I should probably register!

I don't actually own a 306  Confused  - but looking around, that doesn't seem to necessarily be a problem...  However, I do own a 205 STDT. In fact, I've owned two.

The first was a honey, with low miles and in pretty good condition.

I used it for a year or so, then rather foolishly sold it to my mate who has a post on here somewhere about it. EDIT: here!

Since then I had a variety of crap vehicles including a Rover P4 with a land rover 200TDi engine (which was hilarious), a V8 discovery (which was shit) and a Volvo (which is boring, but is good at mile munching).  All except the Lolvo are now gone, but the one I really miss and regret selling is the STDT.

So I bought another, here it is!

Isn't it a honey?! Right??  Guys...?    Wait, no. It's a complete rotter.  But it was cheap.  It came with a (badly) fitted XUD9 and no brakes.

Anyway, it now resides on a mates farm (who owns my old STDT) where there is plenty of cutting tools and welders which are only too necessary...

The plan is to get it solid and back on the road, and then to build up a replacement XUD9 for some dervtastic action. I'll post up a build thread over in the projects section soon!

Cheers for now!
