Gearbox compatability

in the interest of feeding my knowledge, i am looking for alternative, preferably 6 speed gearboxes for the HDi. (DW10)


interestingly, i have read a few places about hte BE4 (bolt on) from a xzara hdi, being slightly taller than the 306 one (at 29mph per 1000rpm) in 5th.. 


anyone have any suggestions? (gearing is wrong on the '6 box unless you can change the diff ratio!

Where did you find the info on the xsara box? Don't suppose there are any part numbers..?
