Looking good mate

Do you use it daily? Do you have to modify/cut away the dash for the satchshift?

No Sam only used 2-3 times a month Sadly ...

You can leave the Heater in on the new Sachell shift !!
Centre console has to be removed & biggish hole cut in lower bulk head where the main rod & a supplied very large grommit passes through into gearbox ...they look sods to fit with dash in ????

I'm getting my seats before Combe performance day & hopefully Sachell shift before FCS 2015..if next batch gets made on time ?????

Thankyou ...
So do I but sadly can't get Dunlops Dzo3s to fit ?
Only bought 1.2s for 16 Dunlops & track work !!!!

They are 17s & were up for sale but trying to keep them & may get them changed to Anthracite ...can't beat direct fit no spacers or spigots ...
May try some top track tyres on them next year unless someone offers £450 ..lol

Tried to look for another Top tyre but 17s arnt cheap / A048Rs would of been good ...they are buggers on the track to keep clean with cerametalic pads though ...lol

I think Anthracite is the best option for them !!!!!

Had a bit of change of heart.... Ordered a pair of Buckets new £300 delivered .
Sat in a ford yesterday with the XL version & they were much more comfortable than stnd width I'm only 34 waist but stnd put me off before I sat in XL .
Seeing as I'm only using them for track days & possibly putting the originals back in they are more than good enough & they have forward & back slide adjustment for diff size drivers which is good as I'm 6'3 & my mechanic m8 is 5'8 who normally drives also .
They should be here Monday ...this means I've saved £400 on them & can spend some money on something else !!![attachment=22393]

Thank you ...Mei said keep stnd & renew with gen if poss .....Because apart from lower arms everything was renewed with Gen Peougeot parts including 2.4 track rod arms & ends ..it cost a lot ...but Car feels better for it even if my Wallet doesn't .....
The Rear ends been done similar by Jord but 21mm bars fitted & Bilstein Tarmac dampers the better more expensive ones & solid mounts with new rear Calipers / gen back plates & Tarox discs with Ferodo 2500 rear pads....
Also gen new Front anti roll bar inc bushes fitted ....it's the little bits that add up & you then notice !!!

Got them Sam ....
100% will be in by Weds night Tongue

Passenger side fitted had to modify Side mounts & take forward & rear slider mech off as for me being 6'3 it's to high & my heads 1inch from the headlining without Track helmet ...
Drivers side needs Stainless cutting & welding adjustment & modifying quite heavy for the seat to be low enough & comfortable for me ....

New ....temp track seats fitted ...sadly couldn't fit supplied seat slider mech as it lifted the seat up 1.5 inchs & being 6'3 with my track helmet on it touches the headlining ...don't want to weld any permanent bars in cause I can refit the original seat back in after track days without much hassle ...NOW what to do with the seat belts ?????
And some countersunk 8mm bolts are needed for the back of base of seat frames allowing the seat to tilt back 20mm more without the bolts hitting the underside of the corners of each side of each seat ....should be perfect then ?

Nice catches,I hated doing mine but actually came out ok

Did you paint around the cuts underneath the bonnet to prevent it from rusting?

Yes 100% did Sam ...the stuff we use in work is used for steel boat anti corrosion like Red lead but legal !!!!

Would like a painted Carbon one Piggy  Heart

[attachment=22658]

Got a 50mm steering wheel spacer fitted as no dish on the Momo & now the bucket seats are in it was a little bit of stretched arm !
Plus cheaper than selling a £140 new wheel ... Blush

Also keeping the lap belts & this little Gadget for tensioning the lower belt & keeping you pushed into the seat on track days is a god send  Heart

The Old Stig / Ben Collins uses one SO must be good OR is he paid ????

New 2.5 Magnex PS exhaust bought 2nd hand ...

It was far to good a price to turn down ..

Running AT mo a Original Peugeot Cat & 2"stainless cat back two box system runs at 83db at Combe testing !!

Bought a full stainless steel 2nd hand Peugeot sport looks big (2.5 from 1/2 way down decat right through to the end of the tailpipe ) complete system with two silencers & has decat pipe & I got it for a great price & I'm thinking about fitting it to my stnd engine 6 ????
Problem is I'm being told I will may lose some mid range but gain at top end ?

The 306 maxi car it came off of was bodies & cammed & made 98db
