Prices and stuff have just been released, apparently both engines are pretty good - the yanks get a V6 as well.

My friend has a Mustang Roush, just like this.
http://www.allfordmustangs.com/photopost...oush04.jpg Worth every penny but damn it's expensive to run!
Diablo Hdi Dturbo and 205 1.9 project - it lives!
'Performance and refinement personified'
I didn't know the Mustang was ever refined....I suppose it wont be made out of bin plastic now either? As cool as they look, I just don't think they work over here tbh, but we'll see when it goes on sale.

For the money in the US, the Mustang is a very nice car, but outside of the US they are a little over priced imo.
I had a 2014 GT while I was working out there, given by the company. Pretty nice car and you get a lot of car for your US dollars out there.

seems pointless when you can get an older better v8 import. doesnt even come with a v8. thats the reason id want one. probably rust like hell here as well

A lot more refined, handle better and give you fuel economy.

er.... It does come as a V8? You choose it in the engine options?
Looks like it has leather as standard. Mine configured comes to 30k.... Been waiting for the prices to come out for ages... although I had hoped it was going to be a lot cheaper... after all cheapness is the point of the mustang...

No. Having a mustang with less than 6 cylinders is like going to a brothel for a cuddle!

If its allowed to be sold in the uk under Euro 6 emission regs, it's probably reasonably fuel efficient compared to the typical US ones... However that'll probably ruin the 'drive' for some people...
Its basicly all over europe now. but Forget about a 5.0 in Portugal....
We've got a engine size tax, that goes off the charts after 3.0L Take a look at the difference in Price from the 2.3Turbo to the 5.0
Suzuki Santana Vitara 1.9 Td (Xud9) 3Dr
Lol un-f*cking lucky.
FWIW ten years ago when the Monaro was released it was roughly the same money, so 35K for the V8 with all the specs is pretty cheap really. GT86 is in the 27-30K price range and that only gives you a raspy 2 litre N/A
