New exhaust options

I've tried it with the exhaust exiting just under the gearstick... Well drove it round for 6 weeks...

It's silent off boost, on boost the entire car shakes, it's amazing.

So how much work would it be to make a mid box into a back box?
Thinking about my options, I want more noise, but not too much!

Or would it be easier just to get an aftermarket backbox if somebody is selling one cheap? I don't have an exhaust cut-out in the bumper though.
