This is my 306 Rallye how i bought it sept/oct 2008
but due to me recovering from a head on crash April 2008 in my last 306 Rallye i've not been able to spent the time on it i'd have liked but anyway i got it stripped to look like this June/July 2009
all stripped back ready to go to the fabricators to have a cage fiited, as i was out of work and on a very tight budget i'd blagged the cage fitted for a great price of £820 but he would get it done bit by bit during a 4-6 month window
This is how it came back late Oct 2009
During winter/spring i got it in primmer ready for paint
Back from paint April 2009
Unfortunatly the job wasnt up to standards so i demanded it had another job, but it couldnt go back in for 3-4 months so i set about putting eng/box in and fitting suspension etc
Fitted a gates timming belt kit and new water pump (forgot pic till after cover was on)
Fitted the Rich_w billet flywheel and valeo clutch
Wrapped the exhaust manifold
i then moved back on the car and started on the wiring and removed all the old syspension
To try and save time i re painted the inside myself
Finally got the Engine in
I started the rub down ready for 2nd respray
And back from respray late 2009
New wheel trial fitted (waiting on dash)
Rear Carbon panels
Put the front end back on
rear beam, removed the old 1 and replaced with the rebuilt 1 which was nicely painted but has been moved about the garage so much its got chipped, will re paint another day
p.s i know the pics are poopoo fooking inferior iphone camera
Fitted the new rad and plumbed up the intercooler
Front end all on for the first time
Morning of MOT test May 2011
Gave the car its first waxing this evening
the new plate
and with my other 306
I might go high boost and fit a 4.8 final drive and some fit some carbon next year but for now im just looking foward to spring/summer to get some track time action
